Deer Antler Hunting knife

This is the second knife I have made recently for Thomas Lea. This is a hidden tang knife with a deer antler handle. I made the brass finger guard, Tom already had the blade and deer antler.

Tom had already selected the part of the antler he wanted to be the handle, so I cut it, drilled it, and tried to make the blade end of the antler square with the finger guard. I cut the guard out of a piece of brass I had, and drilled and filed a place in the guard where the tang of the blade would fit.

These are the bits I used to drill a hole for the tang.
