Big Agnes Fly Creek HV UL1

This is a very light, very cool one person tent. We proved it waterproof on a recent hike, and we verified that it is a one person tent. Not two person, not one person and a dog. It is a one person tent. 

The specs say it weighs 2 lb 1 oz, which is very light. A tarp is not much lighter than that when you count the stakes and ground cloth that go with it, and a tarp doesn't have bug netting. Price in Oct 2017: $350. OK, not cheap, but its also high quality. 

Another plus is that the headroom is pretty good, and there is a vestibule big enough for a pack.  Could be the right tent for someone looking for light weight.
